Windows 10: Microsoft Store Stuck on Starting Download and Pending

Recently, I opened up my Minecraft and I realized that it was taking forever to load compared to how quickly it usually opens. After a couple tries, I decided to uninstall and reinstall the game, but now I can't even reinstall the game. In the Microsoft Store, when I try to install the game and I've tried other apps as well it is stuck on starting download. I've restarted my router, and I've ruled out that my connection isn't the problem. I've signed into another account and tried downloading the game and that also didn't work. I've ran wsreset, reset the Microsoft Store in settings, and ran the troubleshooter and nothing has been working. If anyone has a fix please let me know, thanks.

Windows Store download stuck on PENDING/STARTING DOWNLOAD

Recently I have tried to download a game on the Windows store on Windows 10. It was a free game. It didn't get past the pending part and I couldn't do anything. I have tried:

• Press Windows button + R Type wsreset.exe
• Troubleshooting the windows update thing

I want to be able to download the game without clearing all my apps. It is now on the 'Starting download' part and is stuck again. I have previously downloaded other apps and it usually downloads very fast.

Could someone please give me a solution?

Microsoft Store downloads stuck on Pending or Starting Download

Hi,



I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 4 Ultimate Edition about a month ago and have been trying to download the game however, the Microsoft Store is completely preventing me from doing so. Initially the download was working, but it wasn't downloading
to the hard drive I'd set, so it would stop downloading because the hard drive it was trying to download to didn't have enough space. Now that the hard drive is set properly, the download is either stuck on 'Pending', or it gets stuck on 'Downloading..."

This has been happening for a couple of days, as I tried to pre-load the game earlier this week.



I have tried updating my system, restarting my computer multiple times, using the 'wsreset' command multiple times, re-installing the store, disabling my anti-virus, checking that Microsoft Store is up to date, and signing out and then
back into my account. None of these have worked. I've also tried stopping the download and starting it again with a different hard drive set as my destination, and that didn't work either. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm starting to become a bit
frustrated since I've spent over $100 on it and would like to get my money's worth.

Windows 10 store on phone stuck pending

Yes! Yes! Yes! I have found the solution a little bit typical but it will save you from resets and losing your data.

STEPS

1. Select update all in downloads and updates in store in windows 10 mobile phone.

2. Let them start downloading .

3. Now select pause all in same menu.

4. This time you will get two option in front of all apps resume and cancel even on those apps which are stuck.

5. Now cancel the every app from list by clicking on cross one by one.

6. Now you have got empty download list but still you will see stuck apps in phone's app list at pending.

7. Again open the store and search there for the same app which is stuck on your phone.

8. Click on install on app page in store and wait.

9. A pop up menu will come written something went wrong just close it and keep waiting on same page.

10. Now the final step app will start downloading automatically and what you have to do is just click on cross when it comes.

11. BINGO! App has been removed from your app list no hard reset no lose of data just a little patience is required i have found the solution myself because i was sailing in same boat.
