Windows 10: Microsoft Store will download files/apps, but will not install them.

I have repaired and reset my Store app multiple times, no change. The Clock app will not install its pending update, and any app I try to get from the Store will download and fail to install.

I am writing to seek assistance with downloading apps from the Microsoft Store on my Windows 11 system. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered an issue where apps remain stuck in a pending state, and I’m unable to download or update them.

Problem Description:
