    Microsoft Store Wont download apps, Code 0x8024001D.


    I recently purchased software from the Microsoft Store. When it downloads it says "Starting" for a few seconds and then suddenly says "Error". When I click see details, It gives me code 0x8024001D. I looked it up and apparently I'm the only one with this problem. This has been going on for a few days so I would appreciate it if anyone can help me. Thank you!

    Hi TheLegendEP,

    I'm an Independent Advisor and consumer of Microsoft products just like you.

    Try to reset the Microsoft Store cache

    Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then click OK.

    Wait for the command to finish and Microsoft Store will open automatically

    Try to reset Microsoft Store in the Settings

    Click Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features.

    Find Microsoft Store, click it and click te advanced options link.

    On the following page, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store.

    Update Microsoft Store

    In Microsoft Store, select See more (...) > Downloads and updates > Get updates

    Apply all available updates.

    After doing the above solutions, restart your PC.

    Check if the issue is resolved.
