Windows 10: Microsoft store won't install anything

This is all started when I tried to install games on the Xbox app with game pass pc. Every time I would start an install it would say preparing and then after a few minutes give me the error 0x80080005. I had tried a number of solutions to fix this, none of them working. Eventually one person had said they luck by simply reinstalling the app. I tried this and now the app itself won't install at all. Went to Microsoft store to see if i could install it there and i'm greeted to 30 apps trying to install but all stuck on pending, none of them starting. Once again i have gone through pretty much every solution posted. These include messing with services, power shell, command prompt, clearing the cache and resetting the app. I have game pass ultimate and I am on Windows 10 version 1909. Just to check it definitely a Microsoft problem, I installed a steam game perfectly fine. How can it be so hard to download an app and some games, seriously?

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
