Windows 10: Microsoft store wont let me download photos app.

A while ago, I got a small virus on google chrome, so i used a virus tracker and deleted the files. Since that, one day my friends asked for a screenshot, and when i clicked on the "Microsoft Photo's app" it refused to open. I tried to repair it and it still didnt work. So i uninstalled the Photos app, tried to re-install it but it showed a error message. Saying "try again later, Something happened on our end" so i tried for the next few days and nothing happened. Now my screenshots do not save. What do I do?

• Do you face this issue only with these apps?
• Did you try downloading other apps?
• Did you try stopping these apps and then downloading it again?

We would suggest you to try the steps mentioned in the link

• Type troubleshooting in the search
  box and hit Enter.
• Click View all from the left pane and select Windows store apps.
• Follow the on-screen instructions and check.

If the steps don't work try these steps:

Try to reset the Windows store and check.

• Press Win + R on the keyboard to open run Window.
• Type wsreset.exe to reset the Windows store cache.

photo app in windows 10 wont load

my photo app wont open, and I cant uninstall it for it does not come up in the apps list in the settings. But it is in the all apps list.

When I have tried to reinstall it from playstore it says already installed. But wont open, and the new Twinui default photo view app wont open any jpeg files it say "class not registered".

I have followed other suggestions of troubleshooting, and system scan with no results.

Any suggestions?
