Windows 10: Microsoft Store wont open

My computer recently crashed causing my pc to have my files erased which I didn't care to much about because its a new pc but now when I try to open microsoft store in the windows menu, it gets a black tint with a white bar under it. I cant download open it which means I cant use my printer. or any other app from the store, please help me as fast as possible I have online school and I need my printer.

I suggest you to run the Windows store app
troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click on Windows Store app.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

If issue persist, kindly follow the steps and check if it works. The below steps will reset the Windows store cache.

• Press Windows key + R key to open Run
• Type wsreset.exe and press Enter

Restart the Store app, check if issue is resolved.

Let's verify if the Windows Store Service is enabled on your computer as this could be one of the reasons why it won't start. To check, follow the steps below:

• In the Search window, type in Services.
• When Services (Desktop app) appears, click it.
• Locate Windows Store Service, right-click it, then click Properties.
• Under Startup type, click Start if it shows Stopped.

Once done, try opening the Windows Store again. If it still won't open, then double check if you are logged in on your computer using your Microsoft account.
