  1. Microsoft store

    Hi there,

I have a question about the Microsoft Store. I wanted to play Sea Of Thieves (SOT) yesterday, but it had to update. I went into the Store, but couldn't install the update. The download would start, but right after I clicked on 'install' it'd give me an error:

    code:0x803FB107

Now, to test it, I tried downloading various other apps. The same thing happened, and I got the exact same error. I went online and searched for a possible solution, and found many of them. I have tried it all; Wsreset, the powershell one (can't remember the line),...

One said I had to go into my settings, to Apps and Features, and search there for the Microsoft Store, and reset it through that way. The Microsoft store isn't even in that list.

Another one said I had to update my OS. So I tried updating it (at the moment I'm running 1803); but the updates couldn't install....

The next ones summed up are the ones I have to install:

    1. 2019-10 Cumulative update for .NET Framework 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64 (KB4519572)
    2. 2019-10 Cumulative update for .NET Framework 4.8 for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64 (KB4524098)
    3. 2019-10 Cumulative update for on Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64 based systems (KB4520008)
    4. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 Language Packs for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64 (KB4087642)

They originally are in Dutch, so I translated them myself, but yeah, you get the idea. So the updates couldn't install either.

As I said, my current OS is the 1803 version. Since the support from Microsoft will stop soon, I really need those updates.

    So to sum it up:

    • I can't download/install anything from the Microsoft store (code:0x803FB107); even after the command prompt reset etc...
    • I can't find the Microsoft Store in my Settings>Apps And Features list.
    • The updates mentioned above fail to install, even after many tries.

Please help me ASAP. I really need this laptop for my studies and work. I'm kind of getting tired from all these problems as I paid more than enough for your products.

Since the problem started for me in the Microsoft Store, this will be the topic I'll post this thread under.

    Thanks in advance.

    :)
