received error and shut program done with licensing error Licensing error 0xC004D301 on Streets and trips 2013
called microsoft 1 866 834 8317 and they fixed it yesterday 4/16/2019 they had reset tool and can fix it

Licensing error 0xC004D301 on Streets and trips 2013

Streets and Trips has been discontinued yes I know this. So my question is there anyone on here or in the world that can resolve the Licensing error 0xC004D301 on Streets and trips 2013. Microsoft support will just sit there and ignore you when you call
them for advice. I have used streets and trips and payed for every streets and trips ever put out by Microsoft only to be left with a pile of **** of a program that will not even start up now. I have read and done every suggestion on the internet and the only
fix is a reset tool download that you will never get access to from Microsoft ever again......If anyone can help that would be very appreciated.

I have uninstalled completely and removed all other leftovers with an uninstaller program also. I have created a different admin account and that did not work. Deleted and reinstalled the c++ stuff in programs, did not work. Thanks

 

Licensing Error in Streets & Trips 2013

I recently updated two computers to Windows 10 via Microsoft's "free" upgrade. 1 -- a relatively new Dell laptop runs fine with no glitches or hiccups, including all installed software (including Streets & Trips 2013); and 2 -- a 5 year old Dell XPS tower
which has experienced several "glitches", most of which I've fixed, except Streets & Trips 2013 which returns the Licensing error code 0xC004D301. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program without success; as well as attempting to run as an administrator,
again without success. I've reviewed the forums (most of which do not even apply to Win 10) and with the exception of spending 3 to 4 hours on the phone, I see no apparent solution or downloadable "patch". Microsoft should be ashamed for providing a product
(Win 10) that doesn't even support and run it's own sister product.

 

Streets and trips

I had to reset my computer, Windows 10, version 1709. I had Streets and Trips 2013 installed, but now I cannot reinstall my software, it gives me a licensing error My previous version I installed it on was 1607 and everything worked fine. Any suggestions
out there as Microsoft will not help me as the support for Trips is over. Is there anyway to overcome this licensing error.
