Windows 10: Microsoft streets and trips 2013

I have Microsoft street and trips 2013. My windows 10 laptop crashed due to a virus. My data was backed up but I lost some of the operating programs. I try to install Streets and Trips but when try to access the dvd, there seems to be nothing on it. Help!

After upgrading to Windows 10, my existing program Microsoft Streets & Trips - 2011 did not work, so I downloaded Microsoft Streets & Trips - 2013 from a Microsoft website as a free 14-day trial. The next day I called 5 different Microsoft support offices
and was told I could not purchase the program I had just downloaded from them, but should use maps from Bing. How do I purchase Microsoft Streets & Trips - 2013 that I just downloaded?

Microsoft Streets & Trips 2013

I purchased Microsoft Streets and Trips back in 2013 when it first came out. I use this program daily.

I recently bought a ne computer and transferred everything over . However, I have lost the product key for this program and can't install it. Microsoft no longer makes Streets and Trips and it doesn't seem to be available anywhere.

Can Microsoft help me out by pushing a button som,ewhere and activating my program without the product key?
