Windows 10: Microsoft Streets & Trips 2013 and GPS-360 receiver compatible with Windows 10 (1807)

Is there a fix for this? I have read through the Microsoft community forums regarding this issue but no one seems to get it to work with later Windows 10. My work required Street & Trips and I can't go back to previous versions of Windows.

I've used Microsoft Trips and Streets on a laptop when travelling since 2000.

I had a laptop with windows 8, updated to windows 10 and windows streets 2013 and a Microsoft GPS worked just fine.

Just got a new laptop, planning to travel, and my new puter with windows 10 and all updates, cannot recognize the microsoft GPS.

It jingles when plugged in and lights up, but the computer cannot find a gps connected to the laptop.

I downloaded trips and streets 2013 from the web cause i had a product key from my old puter

After upgrading to Windows 10, my existing program Microsoft Streets & Trips - 2011 did not work, so I downloaded Microsoft Streets & Trips - 2013 from a Microsoft website as a free 14-day trial. The next day I called 5 different Microsoft support offices
and was told I could not purchase the program I had just downloaded from them, but should use maps from Bing. How do I purchase Microsoft Streets & Trips - 2013 that I just downloaded?
