Windows 10: Microsoft Sudoku is BROKEN

Discus and support Microsoft Sudoku is BROKEN in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; It says I have played (and won) only 16 games. I have won at least 60 or 70, so 16 is not even close.     Microsoft Sudoku is BROKEN


    It says I have played (and won) only 16 games. I have won at least 60 or 70, so 16 is not even close. It's not that I care too much about the achievements, but 16 vs 60? Come on, man.


    I don't use any of the game's cheats either, if that makes a difference. The game, even at "Expert" level, is extraordinarily easy.

    In order to understand the issue in a better manner, please share the details.


    • What do you mean by “I selected to install and I am the owner”?

    • Can you see MS Sudoku icon in the menu?

    • Is there any other programs or applications causing the same issue?

    • Have you completed installing MS Sudoku? Was it successful?
    I suggest you to download MS Sudoku from the Windows Store and check if it works.
