Windows 10: Microsoft Sudoku within premier Micro. Solitaire.

When I go into Sudoku I find an App Ad for Slots Era. After it has run the normal Exit block displays but has no reaction when I press it, so I cannot get any further into the Sudoku App.


I have rerun my virus protection but the interference happens every time. Adds usualy only used to occur once every two days or so and were easily disposed of after finishing.


Has any one seen this before and if so what did you do.?

• What is exactly happening when you tried to play the game?
• Did the issue start after an update?
• Are you still able to launch and play other Microsoft Casual Games like Microsoft Solitaire?

Microsoft Sudoku

Microsoft Sudoku continues to freeze for a few seconds while playing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the game and the Microsoft Solitaire Collection. I have also verified at all updates are current. I am able to log into the game and play for
a while before it begins to freeze. It will then freeze every few moves.

Any suggestions on what else I should do to remedy this problem?

MIcrosoft solitaire games



Hi

For some days I havent been able to play microsoft games such as solitaire, mahjong, sudoku or taptiles.

I get an error connecting but I am connected to the internet and it is working. in solitaire I get the error messsage above I hav tried all the mentioned steps.

And I have tried from different pc's

Do you have any other suggestions ?
