Windows 10: Microsoft support is broken.

i have repeatedly gone through the "get help" program link in windows 10 , gone through the trouble of getting the less than useless computer program to figure out i need a real person for help, then clicked on the "chat" option as i do not want to/cant use a phone only for the program to crash & not open a chat service. Fortunately the problem i was trying to get fixed is more of a annoyance than a critical problem BUT i know that i need proper support in order to fix it. dose anyone know of a alternative way to get into contact with Microsoft support?, apparently the service is no longer supplied from their website as even after going through it for a good half hour all i can find is how to get phone numbers.
If no fix/way to contact them is given before the weekend ill likely call then.

Realtek audio broken with update, Also microsoft chat is broken

My audio is ruined with this last update, i've done every step and recommended action listed by microsoft and every suggestion on the first 20 pages of google search. Realtek is no longer showing up anywhere, like microsoft disabled it, microsoft chat is
also broken, requesting to speak with a human brings you to a couple options, all of which are broken and clicking on "chat" closes the window and nothing happens, this is absolutely disgusting, i've spent the last 4 hours trying to get my tablet, my audio,
and microsoft support to work.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

B3 Phenom support

I checked gigabyte's site on my GA-M57 and it didn't say anything about b3 stepping update, but all of the x3 chips are b3 steppings, so just use the x3 support bios if available.
