Windows 10: Microsoft tech went on my computer and messed it up! can someone fix it for me?

HiLike I said a Tech went on my computer and its not working correctly. He started working on my microphone and got it working. when I said somthing the computer heard it and wrote my spoken words on whatever page I was on. But he noticed somthing with my mic and its like he quit. After that I noticed no speech recognition and my mick stopped working. Also I noticed when I go to start and click on settings, the settings page and app goes to the bottom of my screen. I hover over it and can see a tiny screen and I click on it and nothing happens. the setting screen wont blow up on my computer sc

microsoft tech support mess up

i recently contacted tech support about my windows 10 update the start button doesnt work one of there tech team laydon asked for remote access and after he messed around with settings he left now the start button still doesnt work and now my keyboard
doesnt work i have to hold down the function button to type so i contacted tech support again and they wont help even though they messed it up and told me to ask on here, so does anybody know how to fix my keyboard

 

Is there an non tech fix for the problems with KB5034441 with error 0x80070643?

Thank you Jonathan, I currently have it on pause until Jan 17th. Last time I tried one of the fixes for the bad Nov. 22, cum update it messed up my computer so bad that I had to re-install Win 10 22H2. Wish Microsoft would fix this problem with defective updates soon. I am not a tech and cannot afford to buy a new computer every time they mess things up.

how do i get a tech to make my computer work again and update?

I have been trying to update since April 10 to get the required update I tried all the suggestions when it would not update before i called.

i spent 6 hours on the phone 3 different techs they all had remote access to my computer they said no problem we will get you updated for sure. I have a case id # computer still not updated and now my actual keyboard no longer functions correctly I can
only use the on screen keyboard that you have to click one letter at a time. they disconnected the remote session now i am stuck with a ruined computer. I don't know how but some one from Microsoft needs to get my computer working correctly or send me a new
one as tech support caused the damage where my computer is pretty much useless now I cant go on using a stupid on screen keyboard clicking one letter at a time . computer worked fine until they "helped" me.

what happens now the man said sorry i cant help you have a good day may some one call you tomorrow WTF? what do I do now? this is ridiculous they messed up my computer trying to update it now costing me money as I can not work with it any more being a
chat agent . I am required to type at least 35 wpm which is not much . but you try typing 35 wpm on an on screen keyboard clicking one letter at a time with the mouse. so now no work till they decide to call me and fix it. the techs were very polite all 3
of them but computer is screwed. I want them to fix it or replace it. messed up computer lost money . I am very upset right now
