    1. Where or from whom did you purchase the Win7 computer in February of 2015 (e.g., Amazon; Rakuten; shopfujitsu.com)?

    2. Was the Fujitsu computer sold to you as a brand-new, never-been-used-by-anyone-else computer or as a used (refurbished) computer?

    [Most brand-new computers on the retail market in February 2015 came with Windows 8.1 preinstalled - hence the above questions.]

    3. Did you "download" Windows 10 before or after 29 July 2016?

    4. Is Avast Free (I assume) still installed or...?

    5. Was the "screen always glitchy" BEFORE you upgraded to Win10 and/or AFTER you upgraded to Win10?

    Computer does not work after Windows 10 update

    Answers to your questions:

    1. February 2014.

    2. 27th October 2015.

    3. I used to get notifications to upgrade to Windows 10 in my Taskbar. That is where I clicked to start upgrade. And it got installed via Windows Update.

    4. Kaspersky Internet Security, I had a one year subscription and it expired in February 2015.

    5. none.

    6. Never.

    7. Neither Norton nor McAfee.

    8. KB3081455, KB3097617, KB3103688, KB3105210, KB3105213, KB3074686, KB3081452 and KB3106932 are the only ones installed under Microsoft Windows(8) category in Installed Updates.

    9. version 19.0.0.245 installed.

    10. I have both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. But these two are the only ones, nothing else.

    11. TuneUp Utilities only.

    please help me.
