Windows 10: Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter IS NOT IN THE LEGACY OPTION (forza horizon 4 MP issues)

I tried a lot of ways to fix this using cmd and reg edit and still I can't get it fixed
I'm trying to play forza horizon 4 multiplayer and it can't find any sessions because of that issue

I had xbox uninstalled when i first got windows 10 a few years back and I reinstalled it today and it's been more than 3 hours and I still can't fix this

Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter not Found

Hi,

It started off from teredo unable to qualify for Xbox connection.

Then, I tried following tons of suggestions through showing hidden drivers in Device manager, changing DisabledComponents value to 0.

However, I still cannot find Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter.

I tried to install it by adding legacy hardware with all ways, but there was no Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter in the list of the Microsoft Network Adapter .

I have tried installing Teredo Tunneling Adapter and Teredo Pseudo-Interface to my pc with no success for at least ten hours within the last week. I have watched every youtube video, read every forum post and today I was on the phone with three different
Microsoft Technicians for 4 HOURS! Neither Teredo Pseudo-Interface or Teredo Tunnelling Adapter is in my hidden devices or Legacy Hardware download list. Somebody, please help me.

 

Teredo/Forza Horizon 3

Hi i have Windows 10 and Forza horizon 3 problem.I bought it months ago and still cant get online.Problem is i dont have a teredo tunnel interface (adapter) thats why i cant get online. I tried every solution there
is but still nothing.In the xbox app it should be saying a "teredo adress" but i dont even have that and i cant add the teredo adapter from the legacy hardware on device manager bc its not there.Is there any way i can get the driver to install it ?maybe after
that i mess around with cmd and fix it.Pls help!
