Windows 10: Microsoft Treasure Hunt Froze and Bumped Me Out of My Game

I reached level 994 when the game froze and bumped me out of my game. I went to reopen and was reset to level 1. I need help from the technical team to regain my position. It took me one year to reach this level and to have it lost because of a system freeze is pretty awful. I appreciate anyone who can support me.
