Windows 10: Microsoft update error 0x80070434

So i need my old notebookto download Netflix so i can take it on a trip and watch some movies, but i can't download Netflix from the store because my windows isn't updated, when i try to update windows i get the 0x80070434 error code. I've been trying to fix this issue for a couple of hours now, no luck. I keep running into guides that have to do with Wuauserv commands in CMD, but if i run those they error saying it doesnt exist. Some other guides say that in Services i need to set some things to Automatic, including Windows Update, but thiz "Windows Update" funcion is not there for me, so i can't do it.... Any help is appreciated, honestly if there is a different way to download the Netflix app for Win10 without using Microsoft Store that would be the best help, I don't really care if the notebook has up to date Win, just need the damn app...

Windows Won't Update? (Error 0x80d0602)

When I get to the step that says del %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat, nothing happens.

When I get to step 5 and type in

• regsvr32.exe mshtml.dllN

It gives me this:

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.
