I have been reading and feeling everyone's pain who is complaining about Microsoft 3D Paint and other crap their software does. I never wanted to be on Windows 10 but made the mistake of leaving my computer on over night and voila I'm now on 10. I turned windows updates off but alas somehow they have other services that took over and after 4 months of no updates I got them all in a 4 hour take over of my computer last week. Thanks Microsoft.


Look, if I and others are taking the time to write and complain about this, then most likely we've tried all the obvious solutions you all are suggesting, (change default app, doesn't allow. every other thing that's been suggested does not work) - doesn't work for me and a lot of others, no there is nothing we changed or wrong with our pc.


Anybody got any other ideas to remove completely Microsoft 3D crappy paint virus pgm that has been shoved down our pcs throats without any say so by us.


Im going to just keep uninstalling the last updates till it goes away. Will post again if it works.


I really am not liking how all the privacy stuff I turn off, gets turned back on. Bullshit that is just rampant in that company and no one is accountable to anyone. If I'm gonna just get shit on by my OS Im gonna swith to Linux, Ibuntu, anything but Microsoft.

There have not been any changes to the app that I know of. Microsoft updates files automatically. They recently updated adobe flash player and defender but I didn't think that had anything to do with paint 3d. As far as which app I use when coloring,
I use the paint 3d app. I open a file on my computer that has the pictures. I have been doing this for a while now and all of a sudden, the fill-in option isn't there. That was one of the main things I used. I tried to run compatibility troubleshooting,
but I cannot find the file where the program is located. It does not appear on the list supplied to choose from. Do you still need a screenshot? The 'fill in' bucket is not on the list of paint brushed.

The option to increase or decrease the number of triangles/polygons in
Paint 3D is a great idea. We suggest the you share your idea/feedback so that it will be considered in future updates of the app. Here are the steps to send a feedback:

• Open the Paint 3D app.
• Click on Menu.
• On the lower left portion, select Help and Feedback.
• Press the Give feedback button under Give feedback.
