Windows 10: Microsoft Updates Still Broken!

My Win10 Home has NOT taken any updates since Jan 2021. They're all broken and download a 1000 times daily but fail to install!! So, I've put all updates on pause until 5/2/2021.

• Yes, my system is plugged in & connected to the internet!!
• Yes, my Win10 license is legit, verified, and activated.
• Yes, I reset my PC to factory OEM settings twice, once in January and then on 3/28/2021.

Updates are still broken & when trying to install KB5000802 & KB5001649 they both fail repeatedly, giving Error 0x800f0984.

1. If an update is broken, why doesn't Microsoft recall it?
2. Why re-download it a million times wasting our bandwidth?
3. Re-downloading it again & again, it's NOT going to make it work magically!
4. Why can't you keep the download & mark it as failed for Windows to avoid re-downloading it again?
5. What's happening with Microsoft updates?
6. Are your incompetent developers out to pastures?
7. Please give us back the option to hide or suppress such clumsy broken updates!
8. What's our solution here, do we all need to unite and slap Microsoft with a class action?

Realtek audio broken with update, Also microsoft chat is broken

My audio is ruined with this last update, i've done every step and recommended action listed by microsoft and every suggestion on the first 20 pages of google search. Realtek is no longer showing up anywhere, like microsoft disabled it, microsoft chat is
also broken, requesting to speak with a human brings you to a couple options, all of which are broken and clicking on "chat" closes the window and nothing happens, this is absolutely disgusting, i've spent the last 4 hours trying to get my tablet, my audio,
and microsoft support to work.

Is my graphics card broken?

I have a Sapphire HD 4830.

When I boot into XP all is initially fine and I am able to see the desktop.

However, when I click on the start bar and navigate a few steps, I receive an immediate white screen of death and a total irrecoverable lock-up.

I am confused about what this could mean and I would be grateful for any suggestions on the best course of action to test and repair the problem.

Does this sort of issue suggest that the graphics card is irretrievably broken?
