    Microsoft Vision 2017 x64 Redistributable


    I was downloading Microsoft Vision 2017 x64 Redistributable, but I decided it took too long, but I couldn't press the grayed-out X button. I restarted the computer hoping it would close the tab, but now when I log in, it shows an infinite welcome screen. I opened Safe Mod with Networking to try and delete it, but when I try, it says "Windows Installer could not be accessed". Please help me fix it, it's urgent.

    I am running Windows 7 Ultimate SP1. Whenever I trying to install Microsoft Visual CC+ 2017 Redistributable Version 14.14.26405 (both X64/X86) it is showing an error contains 0x80240017 - unspecified error.
