Windows 10: Microsoft Visual 2017 will not uninstall

I'm trying to install Auto desk Inventor but keep receiving an error message. The support has informed me to uninstall all my Microsoft visual redist files and reinstall. Unfortunately one of the files will not uninstall. This being Microsoft visual 2017 x 86 Upon attempting to uninstall through control panel the setup says setup failed requires reboot and upon rebooting it will not uninstall. How do i go about uninstalling this?

Microsoft Visual 2017 C++ msi wont install.
