Why Microsoft visual c++ 2017 automatically removed in my control panel programs and features tab ?

1. Are you trying to download the 2017 C++ manually or through Windows update?
2. Did you make any changes to the computer before this issue occurred?
3. May I know the current build and the version that you are working with?
4. Check for the current Visual C++ installed on your PC?

Here are few suggestions that you can try out once and see if it fix the issue.

Step 1:

Click on Settings >Update & Security> Check for updates, try to install the update available.
