Windows 10: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Assertion failed error when using Dassault 3DExperience

I have this error when I try to use any 3DExperience software. I've this error since the first time I installed the software, but at the beginning I could simply ignore it and the software keeped working, while now it does not work anymore. I've tried to do a clean boot but the problem remains, I have also done a deep uninstallation and reinstallation but it hasn't worked. Furthermore, I've tried repairing all the Visual C++ versions and I replaced the CATVisFoundation.dll file with one that worked in another PC.

I get the error message of Microsoft visual c++ runtime library Assertion failed line: 460 Expression: vulcan_ every time I turn on my PC.
