Windows 10: Microsoft webcams

Do Microsoft webcams have on/off switch? During this Covid19 shutdown, many of the groups I belong to are using Zoom and other software to hold meetings and my PC does not have a camera or microphone. I have windows 10 and and HP tower desktop and want to participate in these on-line group sessions. Are the Microsoft webcams easy to install and set up and do they have an off/on switch so I can turn it off when it is not in use.

I am 81 years old and not great with technology.

Any help and suggestions will be appreciated.

• Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps.
• Install the driver using the compatibility mode.
