    Microsoft Whiteboard does not load


    I have a problem loading the Microsoft Whiteboard app. When I try and do so it always fails, seemingly during the acquiring license bit and gives me a Code: 0x80070005.


    I have run the trouble shooter, cleared the cache, done sfc stuff etc. i.e. everything the internet has to offer but this one app refuses to install. Every other app installs fine, it is just this one. The challenge is this then restricts my ability to interact with others in my team as I am stuck to just using the web version of whiteboard which is inferior. The only potential challenge I can see is that I am using my own store account to load this but am using it with Teams logged into my company account. I just cannot see why that would matter though.


    Has anyone else seen this and if so did you find a resolution.

    I created a new whiteboard and drew something on it. When finished, I deleted this whiteboard and a previous whiteboard was deleted as well. How can I recover the first whiteboard?
