If Microsoft wants the world to change over to Windows 10, why don't they read the problems here and fix UPDATE?

The problem is that Windows Update works perfectly for the vast majority of people, but not for a significant minority. I'm sure that if anyone could fully explain the root cause of that anomaly then everyone, including Microsoft's Development Team, would
    be ecstatic.

  3. Wecam freeze with Windows 10 after anniversary update

    Hi Mark,

No changes I can think of, apart from automatic updates from Microsoft re Windows and Office and from Bitdefender anti virus , plus those suggested by installed programs like Acrobat.

I just noticed the problem after the Windows anniversary update.

Is there any significant log or event to track to help explain the root cause?

    Regards.
