Since the last update (maybe two), my Windows biometrics no longer works, so I can't log in with my fingerprint scanner anymore. I've tried the suggestions posted previously when this occurred before but it doesn't seem to work for me.

Processor Intel Core i5-4310U CPU (64-bit)

Last Windows 10 update was 1903 on August 31

    • Right-click on the installer and click on "Properties".
    • Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for” and select previous Operating System from the drop down.
