Windows 10: Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter: Choppy Video

Hello

I have just bought the Microsoft Display Adapter V2 and having some issues with the video lagging or being choppy. There are also clear lip sync issues:


I am using Surface book 3 and have a 2 Samsung monitors connected. One is connected directly vis Surface Dock and the other one via the Display Adapter. The USB end of the adapter is connected to the DOCK to draw power. So, when I play Netflix on the monitor that is linked to the adapter the video is choppy and there is discernable lip syn issues because of the lag. Please note the following:

1. As is obvious from the setup explained above my surface book and the adapter are very close to each other
2. I have also downloaded the adapter app and upgraded the firmware
3. I also keep my windows 10 fairly updated

Appreciate your help in resolving this as I quite like the overall set up and do not want to return the adapter because of this issue

I suggest you to run windows Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to fix the issue.
