Windows 10: Microsoft word insufficient memory or disk full

Hi, I updated to Windows 10 and Microsoft 365. all my old word documents are giving me the error Insufficient memory of disk full.

I have been searching the whole day on the internet and tried a couple of suggestions already.

Insufficient disk space alert when opening a document in Word

I am a Microsoft 365 member and each time I open a Word Document it gives an alert that states "There is insufficient memory or disk space, Word cannot display the requested font." Also each time I go to save anything Word says not responding for a period
of time before working again and sometimes it saves and sometimes doesn't.

I have plenty of space on my hard drive. I have about 200 gigs of memory remaining on this hard drive so it can't be that. Can anyone help with this?
