    Microsofts lack of customer support is staggering


    I am at my wits end I am changing my broadband after nearly 40 years and with it goes my email I really need to talk to a human but it appears Microsoft are not interested in there paying customers I need to change my main email as it will not exist soon and no matter what I do by setting up new emails and making them my main email it seems to tag it under my old soon to be no more email therefore I am very worried when this email ends I will lose everything in my one drive.the very fact they leave it to customers to sort out the issues is truly unbelievable.ive seen how to replace the primary
