Windows 10: Microsoft’s useless live chat staff

So i have a problem with my pc that it takes a very long time to restart the pc so i decided to go on microsoft live chat and ask for help (big mistake) i get in and the first agent was nice and understood me well but didn’t resolve my issue so i get transferred to another agent who cant speak english so communicating was very hard and on top off that he just asked me the exact same questions that the previous agent asked which was very very frustrating since i know that agents can and should read the conversation i had with the previous agent after trying to get help i asked if he could transfer me to another agent since i couldn’t understand anything and he couldn’t understand me either at this point i was very mad that i had wasted about 40 minutes and i was still where i started with the same problem so this third agent doesn’t read the previous conversation he tells me to remove my temp files disable some start up apps and run sfc in cmd (exactly what the other agents already told me) when i told him that i has already done this he asks me again if i ran sfc in cmd i tell him yes so now he tells me to remove my temp files AGAIN hes already told me this so now im really angry and decide to switch agent a forth time (i forgot to mention that i never got a case number from any of these 3 agents) so i tell this agent that im upset because off the previous agents she then tells me that shes sorry i got disconnected from them and that she will try to resolve my blue screen issue which i have never mentioned in these 4 sessions that i ever had a blue screen issue so i tell her that i never had a blue screen issue and that i never got disconnected she now asks me for my case number which i never got so i told her that and she said no problem and just looked up the previous conversations and the rest is history.

How to access Microsoft live chat?

Hello,

I've been trying to access the Microsoft Live Chat for assistance regarding my PC but it does not pop up as a list of available support options. It was working fine when I used it yesterday but now it disappeared as an option? Is there a specific time frame
or something in order to access the live chat?

 

New Live Chat installed

I would like to express some concern about the moderation of the chat. There are NO op's on later at night and since it's an open chat, we are getting some rough people in there.

Also since it's an open chat, we dont know the age of the members chatting. I was made OP by an op in the room because I stay up late and I had to kick someone for posting porn links. There was a 15 year old member in the room at the time. If I wasnt there, that member would have continued to post because no staff was there.

IMO, this is not the type of enviroment that this place stands for.

Also, some of the members here have a tendency to get foul and without ops, they are free to do what they want.

I suggest adding an operator that will be up later into the night. I am sure that there are some night owls around here that would be happy to do it. I am one of them.

I hope this is taken into consideration.
