Windows 10: microsoftstoreemail.com - Is this a legitimate Microsoft email address or is it a phishing scam?

I'm getting emails from "Microsoft Store <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>". Is this a legitimate Microsoft email address or is it a phishing scam.
