Windows 10: Micrsoft Arc Bluetooth Mouse (Black)

I use the mouse for CAD work (AutoCad 2020) on a Windows 10 Surface Pro.

I would normally expect to be able pan or drag a drawing by holding down the old centre wheel option on the mouse.

As the Arc does not have a wheel, I can't seem to do so using the touch pad.

The settings options in the general setting seem very limited. Am I not able to assign tasks to the mouse from anywhere? Any ideas?

Arc Bluetooth mouse not working properly with Surface 3

Experienced same issue, disconnecting Arc Mouse then reconnect worked fine, but not mouse interaction.

Below steps worked for me:

• Remove all Bluetooth connected devices, including Surface Type Cover and Surface Pen.
• Disconnected the Surface Type Cover then reconnect. It will reinstall tand connect the device.
• Then Add Bluetooth devices including Surface Pen and last but not least Arc Bluetooth Mouse.

Everything works fine again.

• Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
• Click OK.

• Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
• What is the exact of your Surface device?
• Please clarify that the issue is about the ARC Bluetooth Mouse somehow locks your computer and sends you to the lockscreen.

Microsoft Arc Bluetooth Mouse

I understand that you want to use the Microsoft Arc Bluetooth Mouse on your laptop. However, it is
only compatible with Windows version 8 and higher. What I would suggest is to use a Bluetooth mouse that is compatible with Windows 7.
