    How do I migrate from my internal Toshibha NVME 512Gb on XPS 7590 to a samsung evoplus 970 1TB NVME drive, using Orico NVME enclosure ? The samsung evo plus 1TB drive installed in Orico NVME enclosure shows up as JMicron Generic SCSI Disk device . I have tried using samsung data migration tool but it didn't worked. I am using Windows 10 1909 Build 18363.

    Yes disk 2. My current operating system is on disk 1 i.e toshiba, I want to replace it with Samsung drive i.e Disk 2.

    Solved booted from orico Nvme enclosure using Samsung 1TB evoplus. I followed this video to clone the drive using Macrium reflect 7 free edition. Cloned and resize the partition in same go. Booted using Type-C nvme enclosure to check, if cloned OS was working before installing the Samsung drive in XPS.
    Followed this guide to boot using Thunderbolt drive.
    Next Step, installing Samsung drive in XPS. Thanks everyone who guided me with this clone. https://www.dell.com/support/article...ection?lang=en
