    Here's an example. Much less money, and if it needed to run games, you'd have plenty of money left over to buy a dedicated video card.

    I've upgraded about 50 computers so far and have only run in to issues on one...and that was because it was so old it was using an unsupported video card. I found a workaround, but it took a little searching.

    Oh, speaking of Windows 10, I still haven't been able to solve the problem of browser links not being able to open a new email window, yet. And yes, I've had all the standard system advice on this. No mailto link from any browser, since "upgrading" can open a new mail message window in my email program.

    So if I buy a refurbed PC with Windows 8.1 and immediately run the upgrade to Windows 10, before putting any software of mine on it, will that be what you'd call a "clean install" of Windows 10?

    Then I transfer my stuff?
