Windows 10: min and max screen functions

I can't use the min the little box between the close X and reduce to task bar -} in the upper right corner how do I fix that

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer
   • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)

Access: Query to find Min & Max NAV (Cost) of Mutual Funds Database

I have a table with few fields mainly important three fields : SchemeName, NAV, NAVDate

I have a table ordered on SchemeName and NAV

In Query I used this table an try to find the Min and Max NAV, so wrote in Criteria Min([NAV]) or Max([NAV])

It does not work. Msg comes up "Can not use Aggregate function in where clause"

Well in report I could manage with Group Headers, Subheaders the SchemeName with Min and Max NAV but could not get the date on which it was Min NAV and date of Max NAV.

Seeking help on this. Thank you.
