Microsoft makes both Windows and Minecraft, yet an entire version of Minecraft will be unplayable in 2025. Minecraft for the oculus rift doesn't work on Windows 11 22h2, this isn't only about Minecraft why do we need a new windows, heck windows 7 worked just fine. This could happen to any program, if some dependcy isn't there. For an os that should just work stop making new versions or update your heckin stuff. If microsoft the big corporation and the one with the source code for windows can't have the games/programs they make working then how the heck do you think every one else is going to h

Calling all Minecraft players! Explore the world of Minecraft through virtual reality in a fully immersive demo experience exclusively at select Microsoft Stores.

Team Minecraft at Mojang and Microsoft have been working with their partners at Oculus to develop Minecraft for VR, and now they’re ready to have everyone experience Minecraft in a whole new way through virtual reality on Oculus Rift, powered by Windows 10. Fans of the game can now demo for free with no appointment needed at their local Microsoft Store where they can discover the phenomenal world building game all over again. The demo also features PC Gaming chairs by NEEDforSEAT, styled like those found in race cars and designed for long, comfortable use.

For new and experienced players alike, we hope the VR experience in Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition Beta will illuminate just how powerful, evocative, and utterly immersive VR can really be. Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

You’re first step to playing Minecraft: Gear VR Edition with your Xbox Wireless Controller is to get the latest update for your controller. Then, download the October update to the game in the Oculus App on your favorite Gear VR device, connect your controller with Bluetooth and play.

Beyond Minecraft: Gear VR Edition, we’re working hard to make the Xbox Wireless Controller compatible with all controller-supported Gear VR games and future games too.
