Windows 10: Minecraft bedrock cosmetic issues

After updating to 1.16.0, a lot of the text on elements of the UI dissappeared. This was fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling. Then another issue cropped up and no amount of reinstalling or resetting the app has helped. Now some features of the cosmetic Character Creator menu are inaccsessible. For example, I can no longer apply capes, there is no tab for that. I can also no longer see achievement rewards in the Achievements menu. And finally, The emotes tab does show up, yet whenever i try to set an emote, insted of showing the 6 emotes that I have unlocked to choose from, there is just a greyed out bar that says 'none' on it. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.

I have just done a search on Minecraft Bedrock edition and could not find it. Are you sure it was Minecraft Bedrock edition, and not another edition of Minecraft?

I have also looked on your Xbox profile and found that you do not have Minecraft Bedrock Edition in the games you have played. You seem to have the following: Minecraft, Minecraft Xbox One Edition, and Minecraft Windows 10 Edition.

Please can you check to make sure it shows under My purchases on https://account.microsoft.com

I Wondering How Old I Need To Be To Download Bedrock Minecraft I Have Used Two Codes From My Two Minecraft Java Edition Accounts To Redeem

Bedrock But Both Say I'm Not Old Enough The Rating is 10+ and im 10 soooooo... ummm How old do i have to be or is this just an error?
