Windows 10: Minecraft Bedrock Edition, and Support

First thing is that I redeemed my code for my free version of Minecraft windows 10 edition and the code needed to fully redeem it 25 character code was never sent to my email. Secondly, Microsoft needs to better clarify or make clear that their live support is only available till 8:30 PM Eastern time, I had no idea of this and have been waiting an hour to only realize I've been waiting on nothing. I saw no clear alert that this service will only be available at this certain time on this specific day until I went on my own and looked it up. Also even once I looked it up it never said the live support timings the only clear times stated were for calling and or a vocal conversation and not the live chat, so even once I saw this problem its still unclear to me. Also I find it hard to believe that in a matter of an Hour the microsoft support team can only take 1 support case every 20 minutes seeing that I began on a waiting list of 13 people and it took me 1 hour to get to the 8th position and then another 20 to get to 7, and finally I get to 3rd almost there and It has not changed for another hour. So all I needed was this code to be sent to me in what could be a near < 5 minute process instead has taken from around 8 PM Jan 11 2020 - 1 AM Jan 12 2020. Another tip, if there is going to be no "live support agent" make it clear to the customer that no one will be there and the agent is off work, otherwise I wont be the last person waiting 3 hours.

I have just done a search on Minecraft Bedrock edition and could not find it. Are you sure it was Minecraft Bedrock edition, and not another edition of Minecraft?

I have also looked on your Xbox profile and found that you do not have Minecraft Bedrock Edition in the games you have played. You seem to have the following: Minecraft, Minecraft Xbox One Edition, and Minecraft Windows 10 Edition.

Please can you check to make sure it shows under My purchases on https://account.microsoft.com

• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.

Minecraft Bedrock edition

My friend installed the free trial of Minecraft Bedrock Edition and after about a month he bought java edition and got a free code. After he redeemed it sent him to the Microsoft store where it told him to buy it even though he was logged in and when he
tried to type the code again it just says its already redeemed. When he launches Minecraft Bedrock it tells him to buy it again and there is no way to uninstall it. So he basically bought a game that he can't play (Java edition works).
