Windows 10: Minecraft for windows 10 won't download error 0x803FB005

Discus and support Minecraft for windows 10 won't download error 0x803FB005 in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; When I click install to get Minecraft for Windows 10 it says error and then gives me that error code.     Minecraft for windows 10 won't download error 0x803FB005


    When I click install to get Minecraft for Windows 10 it says error and then gives me that error code. I've tried a couple of solutions and they haven't worked please help.

    The problem is that this error code is unknown.
    Code:
    It's not even listed in online MSDN documentation.
    Not even HERE
    And yes, not even UWP error codes list such code

    Don't blame Windows "support" sites, this is a question for "Cribbage Classic" developers probably.

    Error 0x803FB005

    Went through every step. Step 3 with the troubleshooter said there was no issue that could be identified. Step 5 with PowerShell said AppxManifest path does not exist. Step 8 I had previously completed before posting my question. Step 9 with the new user
    gave absolutely no change to whether or not anything would install. I am still getting error 0x803FB005 but feedback hub apparently installed at some point during all the steps
