    Minecraft freezes up computer

    Hi all,

Today I come to Microsoft's site hoping to get some help because I cant find a solution to my problem anywhere else. First let me give the specs of my PC:

    Manufacturer: Acer

    Model: Spin SP314-54N

    CPU: IntelR_CoreTM_i5-1035G4_CPU_@_1.10GHz

    GPU: Intel Iris Plus Graphics

    Installed memory: 8GB 7.79GB usable

Operating System: Windows 10 Home x64 with latest updates

    475 GB SSD

    Java Version: build 1.8.0_261-b12

Basically, I have found that when I play Minecraft, at varying times, my Laptop will completely freeze up and I cannot do anything other than force restart.

I have looked at CPU and Memory usage, and all is normal there.

I have also checked all my drivers and they are all up to date.

I cannot find any solution to my specific issue, only similar issues that were resolved differently.

I actively play Minecraft and this is really frustrating and upsetting as I also do not want to do anything that harms my computer which I also need for work.

    :)

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server
