Windows 10: Minecraft Freezing on Mojang Screen Windows 10

So I have been having issues trying to get the Windows 10 Windows Store edition of Minecraft to run. Whenever I launch the program, the Mojang screen comes up and then everything turns red and it just sits. I have found this to be an issue on the PS4 version but not really on Windows.


I have already done the following:


Updated video drivers

Reinstalled the game

Cleared cache located app data for the windows store and reinstalled the game


Tried all solutions except items 3, 5 and 6 because I couldn't get those to work in:

I'm out of ideas so any help would be appreciated.


If is also relevant, I have two graphics card drivers it seems:

IntelR HD Graphics 530

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980M


I checked for updates on both.

Minecraft crashes at mojang screen.

Hello,

since i clean installed my computer with the new update (1903) minecraft from the windows store will crash at the mojang screen.

Could it be that is because my windows account and the account that minecraft was bought is different?

on my windows i am logged in with my main account, for better understanding i would like to call it A.

i logged out from the store and signed in with account B, so i could download minecraft as i had already purchased it. The procedure seemed the same as i would have done in any other device. Once minecraft finished downloading, it would open the mojang screen
and then bring me back to the desktop.

Is there any way to fix this?

this is what i have tried so far

update my windows and checked for updates untill there were none

reset the app from windows settings

uninstalled the app and reinstall

reboot

Minecraft windows 10 beta stops on mojang screen

Installed the New Minecraft Windows 10 beta.

It doesn't start, the mojang screen shows in 3sec and then the app quits.

same result starting from Xbox on Windows 10

Tried to reinstall, no help.

The old java minecraft is ok.

New computer With core i7 4770 8gb ram 500gb ssd hd Graphics 4600.

 

Minecraft Java 1.16.2 suddenly wont load past the red mojang loading screen

I've been playing on Realms with my friend for a while now, and not messing with any in-game settings or minecraft game folders. And two weeks ago I went to load minecraft as normal, and it gets stuck near the end of the red mojang loading screen and the
window freezes but everything is usable around the now stuck mojang screen. No idea as to why either, my trouble shooting included: restarting my computer, checking launcher settings, wifi, sign out then sign in, and finally uninstall minecraft and reinstall
it. I've emailed mojang support and they still haven't responded so that's why I'm asking the question here. My laptop is a fully capable MSI gaming laptop so it should be able to handle a loading screen. I appreciate any help, thanks.
