Windows 10: minecraft not appearing in my library

my church leader bought me minecraft windows 10 as a gift, and i had to redeem the code blah blah blah. that was earlier this year. i wiped the laptop i redeemed the code on. im logged into the account/email that the code & minecraft applied to but i cant play it- it wants me to buy the game again?? i dont understand why :

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server

 

Minecraft Not Appearing In Microsoft Store Library

I purchased minecraft through the minecraft website I believe however it doesn't appear in my library. I'm attempting to try out the RTX version but it doesn't seem to want to update my current download. I attempted to uninstall and then reinstall it through
minecraft.net but it remained the same. I'm assuming that I need to own it through the store but I don't want to have to purchase the game a second time and have 2 separate accounts. Thanks for the help!

 

library items appearing

Thanks Keith, just to be clear, I am not referring to the system folders, meaning the actual Pictures and Music folders themselves.

I made a Library so it can contain a few folders of various files so they are collected and list all in one folder. For some reason though, this Library folder (containing shortcuts to all the actual folders) also contains a Music, Pictures, Download folders
also. I can delete them so they do not appear in my library, so just the folders I want appear, but it seems they appear back there again (perhaps after a restart or some other thing.)

Is this what you thought I was saying?

I did not think they were taking up space, since they are just shortcuts of the actual folders, but I did not want them to appear in the library I had made. I presume that they are programmed to appear if you delete them. Not sure why this would be, since
they are listing in various other places anyway.
