Windows 10: minecraft not downloading and giving error code 0x80070005

So i bought minecraft today and it wont download and everytime i try and download it, it says something unexpected happend and wont download and it says this error code 0x80070005 ive tried everything ive seen on yt and nothing works can someone pls help me and if nothing works is there a way to get a refund

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
