Windows 10: Minecraft on Windows 10 -- Can't Install

I just bought Minecraft for PC through the website, and when I tried to install it with minecraftinstaller.exe it said it was having trouble communicating with Microsoft, and that I should install through the Microsoft Store. When I tried to do that with both Launcher and "Java & Bedrock" the `Install` button goes dark and then nothing happens. At all. I'm about to just get a refund, because I'm really surprised at how clunky and broken this process is. Searching online shows a lot of results of people not being able to install the game for a variety of reasons. This would be excusable f

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server
