Windows 10: Minecraft online for the PS4

with the recent update to Minecraft on the ps4 i bought a few maps and i want to play then with my friends, but it tells me that my privacy settings need to change, and it gives me a link. I type the link on my phone and it brings me to an article about how Microsoft's settings work and i can change it on my Windows 10 device. I then type the link on my "Windows 10 device" and it tells me to click a link to the Xbox website and to go to profile then privacy settings, which i do but it then brings me back to the original website where it told me to go to the Xbox website, which means I'm in a loop. I tried looking for it on other peoples problems but i couldn't find anything. Does anyone know what i can do, cause i wasted $25 on this for nothing.

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server

 

Minecraft Bedrock Edition on PS4

So, on ps4, im trying to sign in to my microsoft account, which i made and tried linking to my account, i followed through with the website and the code, but when i try to click sign into microsoft account on the main menu, it says the we tried to sign in
to your microsoft account but something happened

what can i do to sign into my microsoft account? My ps4 is fully updated, minecraft is fully updated to the newest version. Please help
