Windows 10: Minecraft Realms Plus subscription version not updated

I have a monthly subscription for Minecraft Realms Plus. I have a Minecraft Java Edition user that reports they can't log in due to an "outdated server." They are running version 1.16.20002.0. They contacted Mojang support and they told them that the owner of the Realm needs to update their server. How do I know what version I'm running? Isn't the version automatically updated. Note: They did tell Mojang that my Realm was a Microsoft subscription Realm.


How do I update the version of my Microsoft Realm to the latest version?

We understand that you want to renew the subscription for Minecraft Realms Plus.



Minecraft realms comes with two types of subscription. Depending on the device you’re playing on, you can choose either a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription.



With a one-time purchase, you can create a one-month or a six-month Realm. These one-time purchases are non-refundable and will not renew automatically once they expire. With a recurring subscription, you’ll be charged automatically
every 30 days, until you cancel the subscription.

I purchased a subscription for Minecraft realms then I tried to extend it and it went through but purchased a new realm instead how can i extend my realm or switch to the new subscription where do I upload my world backup? I am playing on Minecraft for

My son who is a minor, signed up for the free trial of minecraft realms plus. For the last 5 months a payment has been leaving my account. I have tried on numerous occasions to cancel this subscription and I think I have managed it today. I want a refund
for this subscroption has it has never been used or wanted.
