Windows 10: minecraft skins not showing in launcher

Hello! I have a problem where when i open my minecraft java launcher, my skins don't show in the 'Skins' tab. when i press the 'skins' tab, it just freezes the launcher and i can't click anything to go back. all i can do is exit the minecraft launcher. my skin and even everyone else's skins show up in-game, but not in my minecraft launcher where i can change it or access it. i just can't access my skins in the launcher anymore, it worked fine just yesterday but now it stopped working. nothing shows up, and it's all blank when i click the 'Skins' tab.I have already tried resetting my PC, uninst

Problem with the minecraft launcher.

There are many reasons why you can't log in to Minecraft Launcher, but all of them are due to Microsoft Store and related services. I will provide several methods to try to solve this problem, please refer to the following steps for operation:

• Clear the cache on Microsoft Store.
  

1. Press the Windows logo key + R, type wsreset.exe, and select OK.
   
2. After a few seconds a blank command prompt window will appear, which will disappear after about ten seconds and the Microsoft Store will open automatically.This means the cache was cleared successfully.
   

• Make sure you're using the Microsoft Store Install Service.
  

1. Services.msc can be found by pressing Windows Key + S and typing services.msc.
   
2. Locate and double-click the Microsoft Store Install Service; if the status is Running, right-click it and select Restart.
   
3. Change it to Automatic if it's disabled, then click Start and OK.
   

• Reinstall the Microsoft Store app
  

1. Press Windows key + X
   
   Click and Run Windows PowerShell(run as Administrator)Copy and paste the command below then hit Enter:
   
   

• Reinstall the Minecraft Launcher
  

1. Click Start >Settings >Apps，find "Minecraft Launcher" in all apps.
   
2. Click on the "Minecraft Launcher" Advanced options >Uninstall the application.
   
3. Open the Microsoft Store, search for "Minecraft Launcher", download and install it again, and log in to your account to see if it works.

Minecraft skin won’t show up

I’m playing online, in singleplayer and using minecraft version 1.17.1. My skin showed up on when I played 3 days ago but now it doesn’t show up anymore and looks like I’m wearing a steve skin. Please help.
