Windows 10: Minecraft "Unable to connect to server"

Hello guys i buy minecraft on windows 10 i think PE edittion run without java But i got problem i can´t joint to any server only to "featured server" . I go on some webs and try what they say to do :
1. Update windows & drivers & minecraft

2. Disable Antivirus and windows firewall.

3. go to XboX live account and allow multiplayer gaming


But nothing happend i always cant connect to any other server and i so sad from that : and i rly dont know what more to do

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup
